I photographed chef Matt Palmerlee in his restaurant, the Branded Butcher. Matt is one of three parts that make up Coterie & Tie, which you can read more about and see more of my work with them here and here. Branded Butcher has been a tremendous success here in Athens. The menu features Matt's house-made charcuterie and fresh ingredients sourced from local farms. In fact I am staring at it, along with the cocktail list, thinking this is where I need to go tonight. Matt is brilliant, and I always love working with him. If you live here or are visiting, you must eat here.
